Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) make you aware of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to your access to and use of the Exhibition website and any related mobile or software applications under the brand name "Exhibition" (collectively, the “Platform”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and entering a legally binding contract with Exhibition (“Exhibition”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). You may not use the Platform and/or its Services if you do not accept the Terms or are unable to be bound by the Terms.

By visiting our Platform and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink on the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users who are browsers, organizers, attendees, vendors, and/or contributors of content displayed on the Platform.

Your use/access of the Platform is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy available on the Platform (“Privacy Policy”).

These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice. Review these Terms each time you access or use the Platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any other terms on the Platform, these Terms will prevail.

Definitions:

“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to you, as an attendee/visitor/user of the Services. A Customer is someone who accesses or uses the Services to browse exhibitions, buy tickets, submit content (reviews, photos), or otherwise engage with the Platform.

“Organizer” means event organizers, venue operators, exhibitors, promoters, or other third parties who list exhibitions, booths, events, or experiences on the Platform.

Services Overview:

Exhibition is a platform that enables Customers to discover, book, and attend exhibitions, trade shows, fairs, events, ticketed experiences, and related activities (the “Services”). Services may include listing of events, ticketing, exhibitor profiles, booth reservations, event schedules, and ancillary offerings such as workshops or hospitality experiences. Services on the Platform may be available in select geographies.

Eligibility:

Persons “incompetent to contract” under applicable law are not eligible to use/access the Platform. If you are a minor (under 18 years), you may use the Platform only under supervision of an adult who is competent to contract and agrees to these Terms.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity, you represent you are authorized to accept these Terms for that entity; you and that entity are jointly and severally liable and shall indemnify Exhibition for any violations of these Terms.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws and not to violate the legal rights of any third parties.

Account and Registration Obligations:

All users must register and log in to make transactions (buy tickets, reserve booths, etc.). Keep your account details current. By agreeing to the Terms, you agree to receive promotional, transactional, and other communications from the Platform (you may opt out as provided in communications or in your profile).

As part of registration we may collect personal data (name, email, age, address, phone, demographic info, preferences, pages visited, etc.). Processing is subject to the Privacy Policy.

By registering your mobile number you consent to be contacted via phone, SMS, in-app notifications, or other electronic means.

Content:

“Content” includes reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, exhibitor information, and all other data or information.

“Your Content” means content you upload or post (reviews, images, messages, chat, profile info).

“Our Content” means content Exhibition creates and makes available.

“Third Party Content” means content from parties other than Exhibition or Customers (e.g., Organizers’ content).

Ownership of Our Content and Proprietary Rights:

We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property rights in the Services and Our Content. You acknowledge Exhibition’s IP rights and agree not to infringe them. Nothing in the Terms grants you rights to Exhibition’s trade names, trademarks, logos or domain names, except as expressly permitted.

Your License to Use Our Content:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use Our Content as permitted by these Terms for personal, non-commercial use. You shall not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

Exhibition’s License to Your Content:

By submitting Your Content, you grant Exhibition a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, sublicensable license to use, copy, display, distribute, modify, reformat, analyze, commercialize, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit Your Content in connection with the Platform and Exhibition’s business (including partnerships and API integrations). You waive any moral rights with respect to Your Content.

Your Representations About Your Content:

You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to submit Your Content, that it does not infringe third-party rights, was not generated by bots or automated scripts, and complies with our content guidelines and applicable laws. You assume all risks associated with your Content. Exhibition may remove or disable access to any Content we consider objectionable or in violation of these Terms.

Third Party Content and Links:

The Platform may include content or links from third parties (Organizers, ticket providers, vendors). We do not control third-party content and make no representations about its accuracy or legality. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. Exhibition is not responsible for third-party content or availability. You acknowledge third-party content does not reflect Exhibition’s views or endorsement.

If you believe your IP rights are violated, notify Exhibition and we will review and act as appropriate.

Content Guidelines & Restrictions:

You agree not to post or transmit Content that (as determined by Exhibition in its sole discretion) is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, fraudulent, spammy, or otherwise objectionable. Specific examples include impersonation, posting private information, selling or transferring tickets without authorization, distributing malware, reverse-engineering the Platform, scraping/crawling in violation of restrictions, or harming minors.
